Work at the dairy

Before being processed, milk collected in the best farms of the provinces of Pavia, Milan and Lodi is taken to the dairy every day, cooled down and stored. The long-time and strong relation that is renewed every year with our milk suppliers underlines the importance of every detail respecting tradition. In spite of the presence of advanced technologies, our workers and human intervention play a crucial role inside the cheese factory. Milk and the resulting cheese are lively products which change from season to season. Thanks to their know-how and experience, our workers are able to understand these changes and to transform raw materials into an excellent final product.
